Bursitis

Every joint of our body has a small, fluid-filled sacs — called bursa that cushion the bones, tendons and muscles near your joints. Bursitis occurs the bursae became inflamed. Bursitis frequently occurs in joints that perform repetitive movements, such as shoulder, hip, knee, heel and toes.

Tendinitis or tendonitis

It is the inflammation of a tendon. Usually is referred to a part of the body involved: Achilles tendinitis, patellar tendonitis, Bicipital tendonitis. Tendinitis can affect people of any age, but is more common among adults who do a lot of sports. Elderly individuals are also susceptible to tendinitis because our tendons tend to lose their elasticity and become weaker as we get older.
